The policies below are applicable to PK’sGalleria.com and other sites on the World Wide Web owned and operated by Pessa Kayla.
7-day Money Back Guarantee
- If you aren’t satisfied with the product you have purchased from PK’sGalleria.com, you may return the the product within 7 days of receiving the product. We will refund the purchase price of the product minus shipping costs (to and from), and any damage costs done to the product while in possession of the customer after receiving the product in good condition. Damage costs will be estimated by PK’sGalleria.com.
- You will have to notify us through the customer service department or by phone, (414) 444-4770, with the following information:

- Item #
- Total Cost
- Date of Sale
- After step 2 is complete then we will issue a Call Tag and the delivery company who delivered your products will come to the Ship To: address, pick up the item and ship it back to us.
- After we receive the package, then we will ship a replacement product or refund your credit card account the purchase price of the product.
Damaged Merchandise
- If products are received damaged or have defects, we will ship a replacement product or refund the purchase price of the product, provided we are notified within 7 days from you receiving the product and after we receive the damaged product.
